Situation Vacant
We are so busy in our Barber Shop here in Hungerford, that we currently have a vacancy for a 5th hairdresser to join our team. We pride ourselves that all our hairdressers have worked with us for at least 5 years, so we must be doing something right! We think our friendly, relaxed yet professional atmosphere, together with our diverse customer base, keep them hooked! So if you enjoy the cutting side of hairdressing and are local to Hungerford, why not contact us for an interview?
We offer good rates of pay and full-time or part-time hours to suit. The position would also be perfect for someone returning to hairdressing, as we concentrate on excellent cutting skills being essential but do not offer colouring and perming. In time, there is the opportunity for you to learn wet shaving with an open razor if you would like to add that skill to your repertoire!
As you can see from our website The Gentleman's Shop is also one of the leading male grooming and accessories shops in the UK and we sell a huge variety of products both online and from our retail shop in Hungerford. We are certainly not like any other Barber Shop you may have seen before!
Our 20th Anniversary
This October we celebrate 20 years of The Gentleman's Shop. We have many exciting projects lined up for this year, the first of which is our own line of shaving accessories that we designed ourselves. Watch this space for further news....
