European Deliverys
Postage and packing to EU countries is £7.50

Delivery Outside Europe
Postage and packing Internationally is £15.00.


UK DELIVERY

At the checkout, you have several choices of delivery method:

1. Our standard delivery uses Royal Mail Tracked Service, which covers the whole of the UK (including the Channel Islands) for a flat fee of £2.95 with a delivery aim of 48 hours from despatch. We offer this service FREE on all orders over £50. You will receive an email or SMS message containing the tracking details for your parcel from the Royal Mail.

2. For urgent next business day delivery please choose the Courier option. We use Interlink Couriers for this service and charge a £4.95. All consignments can be tracked online at www.interlinkexpress.com using a tracking number sent directly to your email address supplied when placing the order. This service is not available to certain postcodes north of Aberdeen or offshore destinations such as the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands or Northern Ireland.

3. For really urgent deliveries, we also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery as an option at the checkout. Special Delivery is charged at cost by weight, starting from £5.00 and a delivery attempt is made by 1pm on the next business day.

4. Saturday morning delivery is also offered for mainland UK at the checkout but orders must be received by 3pm on the Friday before the required delivery date.

All our parcels require a signature at the delivery address, as they are all insured against loss.
Please do not request that items be left in "a safe place" as we cannot comply with any such instructions.

BFPO (British Forces Posted Overseas)

We are delighted to offer VAT FREE shopping for BFPO address.
Please ensure you select BFPO from the drop down shipping menu and NOT the United Kingdom when ordering, to ensure VAT-free shopping.
Delivery to BFPO addresses is charged at a standard flat rate of £2.95 irrespective of destination.

EUROPE

The majority of European customers have a choice of service,
Royal Mail International Signed For Airmail Service, or Courier options.

For postal deliveries, we charge a flat fee of £7.50 per order, regardless of weight.
Delivery usually takes place between 3 - 5 business days from despatch and all parcels will require a signature at the delivery address.

European Courier options are available for faster delivery or heavier parcels to some destinations. Once you have selected your country of delivery at the checkout phase, you have the option to choose between the displayed postal or courier charges.

USA & CANADA

Despatched using Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery, which is a tracked, postal airmail, insured service.
We charge £15 flat fee per order, regardless of weight.
Delivery usually takes place between 5 - 10 business days from despatch.
The payment of all duties and taxes at the delivery destination are the responsibility of the recipient.

All parcels will require a signature at the delivery address.

We are unable to ship Colognes or Aftershave to Canada.

REST OF THE WORLD

Despatched using Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery, which is a tracked, postal airmail, insured service.
We charge £15 flat fee per order, regardless of weight.
Delivery usually takes place between 7 - 10 business days from despatch.
The payment of all duties and taxes at the delivery destination are the responsibility of the recipient

All parcels will require a signature at the delivery address.
