Returns Policy

As a retail shop, we take great pride in our individual customer service and in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with any purchase from The Gentleman's Shop, you may of course return it to us for a full refund, unused and re-saleable within original packaging.

Unfortunately we cannot offer this service for grooming products, for hygiene reasons.
Items are returned at the customer's expense, unless faulty, in which case a full postage refund will be given.

Please Note: We must insist that items are returned to us by any recognised insured and signed for method, in order to avoid loss of the item during return.

You may cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of receipt. We will refund the cost of the items within 30 days of cancellation, providing we are in receipt of the returned goods, in a resaleable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
