Returns Policy
If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchases from The Gentleman's Shop, or have simply changed your mind, you may of course return them to us for a refund, unused and re-saleable within their original packaging.
Unfortunately we cannot offer this service for grooming products, for hygiene reasons.
Please contact us before returning any item.
Items are to be returned at the customer's expense, unless the item is faulty, in which case we will refund you in full or send a replacement at no extra charge.

Please Note: We must insist that items are correctly re-packaged and returned to us by a recognised, insured and signed for method, in order to avoid loss of the item during return. We cannot refund a returned item that has not been received by us.
You may cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of receipt. We will refund the cost of the items within 30 days of cancellation, providing we are in receipt of the returned goods, in a resaleable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
