Dear all, I know that people always find the time to write a complaint letter but never seem to bother praising a good service, so I though I would spend a minute doing exactly that, for a change. I ordered a few items on your website yesterday and I was surprised by the quality and efficiency of your service. I have just received your parcel: not even 24 hours after placing the order!! Hi, I would just like to say how pleased I am with the swift service I have received. I have no doubt that I will be using you again regularly for my shaving accessory needs. There are far too many companies out there who through the medium of the Internet have completely forgotten about customer service and efficiency,and are only focused on taking money off customers and then getting round to fulfilling orders as and when they feel the need to.
